Background
Origin
A carnivorous pest that threatens traders and hunters alike, or just about anyone that roams too far from civilized areas and roads. Hunters have kept its population in check for ages.
Despite its playful demeanor and cheeky grin, many have met their end trying to tame a Chomper, as it always end up chewing on a limb or two. Easily dispatched if isolated, they can be deadly if encountered in groups.
Rumors
- Some folk believe these creatures originated as the result of some mischievous act or experiment by evil practitioners of Magicae.
- Its spit is said to carry disease and burn through cloth and skin alike. It also bears the stench of manure, but has been found to be inadequate for fertilizing soil.
